If we are unable to ship to a specific destination, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if applicable.
Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled before shipment or an error occurred on our part.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Address

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us due to address errors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Each case may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
