Returns & Exchanges

All artworks are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We kindly ask customers to review all product details, sizing, and framing options carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the artwork and packaging

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days


Shipping & Liability

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases

Each situation may be reviewed at our discretion.


International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for refund
